For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data left on the Website and during correspondence in order to pursue our and your legitimate interests (based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) for:

  • to ensure proper operation of the Website in terms of stability and security;
  • answers to your questions via e-mail (data indicated above or in the “Contact” tab) or via traditional correspondence to settle the matter you contact us with;

If the purpose of processing changes, we will inform you in accordance with the GDPR.

Who actually has access to your personal data?
Your personal data may be accessed by the Administrator’s entities, the Administrator’s staff as well as auditors, IT services, paper correspondence providers, law and accounting companies.

Transferring data to third countries or international organizations
We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.

You have the following rights: access to your data and receiving a copy of it, rectification of your data, request to delete data, request to limit data processing and the right to transfer data.
